Meet Starley!

She is a Burmese mix. Starley and her siblings were rescued off the streets. She was born around 10/6/2019. She was rescued quite young and bottle-fed. She is a very sweet kitty and cannot wait to find a forever home.

1.

Submit Application

Contact us to see if pet is still available, you will be emailed all of the adoption information as well as a link to submit an application.

2.

Approve Application

Please allow 3-4 days for application review, we will then contact you to let you know if approved or not.

3.

Meet the Pet

If approved we will set up a meet and greet with you and pet.

4.

Sign Adoption Contract

If meet and greet goes well then we will finalize adoption, unless there is a home check needed.

5.

Pay Fee

Pay the tax deductible adoption fee.

6.

Take the Pet Home

Our adoption process requires that an application be filled out and submitted via our website. The application will then be submitted to the Board of Directors for review to determine whether or not your application represents the best situation for the pet you applied to adopt. If the Board of Directors approves your application, you will be notified to set up a meet & greet with animal you are interested in. If adopting, you will be asked to sign an adoption contract and pay the tax deductible donation. We can only adopt to homes in the Southern California area.

We have adoption events at: Unleashed by Petco 600 Redondo Ave (between 6th & 7th St) Long Beach, CA 90814 Saturday - By appointment only Sunday - 12:30pm - 3:00pm Not all animals are at adoptions due to limited space. If you come to adoptions without prior contact to set up a meet and greet, the animal you are interested in may not be there. If you are interested in any of them please go to our website and follow our adoption process. Please do not contact Unleashed about adoptions. Unleashed personnel are not aware of current pet availability.

Founded in 2005 by long-time animal rescue volunteers, Foreverhome Pet Rescue's goal has been to provide care and compassion for the homeless and abused animals of the Los Angeles area, while working to place them in loving adoptive homes through a network of volunteer foster homes. FHPR South is a private, not-for-profit organization that operates solely on private donations and volunteer efforts, we are not a shelter. We can only adopt to homes in the Southern California area.
