Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We've had him for 3 years, but there has been a recent incident that makes us feel he would be best in a home without children. We were unaware that our 2-year-old gave him a rawhide bone and then tried to take it from him. This resulted in her being bitten. We feel that if our children were older that this wouldn't have happened, and it may have been a one time thing, but we feel that with our children being so young we can't take that risk. He also hasn't shown aggression since this incident.
He is otherwise a wonderful dog. He is very well trained, goes eagerly to his crate when told, follows several other commands and loves exercise and attention. He would be a great addition to an active family (without children) or even a single person looking for companionship and a dog who would be quick to alert to strangers being around.
Things included in his adoption: large crate, prong-collar/leash, food/container, dog bowl, large dog bed.
