My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Poe was surrendered to the ACC after his first owner entered a senior living community and unfortunately couldn't take Poe with him and came to us from there.

Poe starts off super shy and will most likely hide for a little while in his new environment. Once he's warmed up though, he's a completely different cat!

He's a total sweetheart and loves being around his foster parents. He'll even sleep in bed with them, sometimes even sharing his foster mom's pillow!

He loves to play and his biggest vice is that he'll sometimes play too rough and will play bite a little too hard, because of this, he wouldn't be a good fit for younger kids, but would be great with cat-savvy older children.

He's fine with other cats and lives with a small dog now with no issues, so he'd be great in a home with either!
