My story

The Davey days of summer are almost here ☀️
This 5 year old brindle beauty loves to go on long walks, play ball, and curl up with a good chew toy. He is a high energy dog so a yard is a plus for Davey. After exercising he settles down for a nice massage and a peanut butter kong. We are currently looking for an experienced foster with no other dogs Initially in the NYC area. We will provide Davey’s foster hero with everything needed to care for him. Apply today at zionsmission.org

At this time we do not have a physical location so we arrange individual meetings with potential adopters and fosters.

More about this rescue

Zion’s Mission Animal Rescue is a NYC based 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue, specializing in dogs. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, train, and find loving homes for as many abused, abandoned, neglected and unwanted animals as possible. We are further dedicated to providing hospice care to those most vulnerable, our beloved seniors, and those who are terminally ill. Additionally, we work within our community to promote responsible pet ownership. Our rescue is comprised of a small group of extremely dedicated volunteers. We rely solely on life-saving donations from our generous supporters to complete a rescue from start to finish. At this time, we do not have a physical location so the number of animals we save is directly related to the number of foster homes we have available to us.
