My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This adorable little Yorkie guy is Bandit. He is just 4.2 tiny pounds and 7 years old. Bandit is being fostered in Jacksonville, FL.

UPDATED BIO 12/06/2019: Bandit just entered our rescue a week ago. He was surrendered due to his severe dental disease and costs for care. Poor Bandit’s mouth and face were extremely tender and he definitely didn't like it touched. Fast Forward a few days - Bandit had his dental and surprisingly he still has teeth left!

Bandit is a well-behaved little boy who just wants to be loved by his human. He will go outside in a fenced yard to do his business. Foster Mom considers him house-trained provided he is taken out on a regular basis. Bandit enjoys sleeping in Foster Mom’s lap during the day and on the bed with her at night. He is a good eater and will soon be able to eat dry kibble again once his mouth heals from the dental.

Now that Bandit has had his dental, his sweet personality will no doubt continue to come out. It will be about 2 weeks before he will be ready for adoption. Bandit gets along well with other dogs and kitty cats. Stay tuned to our Looking for Love page for updates as Bandit continues to recover from his dental. New pictures will also be posted after his spa day.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to Bandit’s tiny size, he can only be adopted into an adult-only home. NO EXCEPTIONS!
