Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Luna was found wandering the streets on November 30. We traced her microchip to her people, but they asked us to find her a new home because of their living situation.
Luna is 4 years old and a wonderful dog! Fantastic temperament for a cocker spaniel -- not aggressive or snappy, great with people of all ages and genders, mellow with other dogs, interested in cats in a respectful tail-wagging way. Walks nicely on leash and learns commands quickly. She doesn't seem to have any of the negative qualities cockers are infamous for.
We live in a townhouse with no yard, and we aren't great at housetraining, but she uses pee pads just fine. She'd like a house with a yard, though, even a small one, and may need a refresher course on going outside.
She could be an only dog (she really only cares about her people), but now that she's learning to play with our dogs, she seems to like the company.
She'd be a great "first dog" -- she's very easy -- but adopters should read up on the breed.
