My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Horchata is the sweetest pup! We took her in from my in-laws as they are moving and could no longer keep her. I am currently 8 months pregnant and we already have one other dog, but we didn’t want her ending up in a bad place. We decided to foster her temporarily to get her all of her necessary vaccines, bloodwork, preventatives, get spayed, teach her basic commands to ultimately find her a good home. Shehas a lot of energy and needs to be with a family who has time to exercise with her, keep her stimulated. She’s great with other dogs and loves kids, but isn’t quite aware of her size/strength. She’s only 9 months old. She loves to learn and follow you around. We just want her to go to a good home with a family who has the time to train her and love her for the rest of her life. We will miss her, but we know she deserves much more than we’re able to give her at this time. Had we not had a baby on the way, and another dog, we’d keep her ourselves but unfortunately we can’t do it all!
