Welcome Charles in Charge !

Handsome is as handsome does....and this guy is the handsomest. Loving, playful, gentle is just some of the traits Charlie has.

Charlie came all the way from Alabama to be with us. He is being fostered with a yellow lab named Wyatt and Wyatt's Border Collie brother, Odie and everyone is getting along great.
Charlie was quite shy of people at first but Wyatt and Odie made him feel at home with a few romps in the backyard and the sharing of their toys Charlie had a ball on his first day in foster care.
Charlie is a delight to foster. He plays with his toys as if it were the first time he has seen toys. When it's meal time, Charlie does a little dance when his foster mom is preparing his food. And when Charlie is done playing with his foster brothers, Charlie will go and lay down in his crate for a nap.

Although Charlie can be outgoing with other dogs he can also be very shy of people, so young children will not make a good match with Charlie. Charlie needs a family who will be mindful of his timidness and give him the time he needs to keep making great progress.
Charlie will need a completely fenced in yard.

Charlie is a black lab mix, 1 year old, 33 pounds, UTD on vaccinations, neutered, housebroken and micro chipped.
