Dodger is a shepherd mix who came in with his sister Darcy. The pups are just four months old, and they have not been leash trained. Actually, Dodger needs to have time out of the kennel so that he can get used to people and learn that he doesn't have to be afraid. They were strays and thin when they came in, so they obviously have not been pampered in their short lives. They were found alone in the pouring rain with no place to go to get out of the weather. They may not like the kennels, but they are warm and dry and they have good food and fresh water and soft beds. So until a family comes along for them, they will receive good care. Yet they yearn for individual attention and a loving family. They are ready for routine and for training. They want to have a soft bed in a home with their own food bowl and water bowl and maybe a few toys! Who can give Dodger his dream?
