My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Phillip (HWTH#19281A). Phillip is a Saint Bernard mix, DOB: 10/28/19. Phillip weighs 20 pounds and stands 15 inches at the shoulders now with more growing to do (he will be a large dog when mature). He and his sibling Patterson (adopted first day) were rescued by a volunteer with Halfway to Home outside the Lancaster Animal Shelter. Phillip is a loving boy who is a little smaller than his brother and likes to give small kisses. For now, he also likes being held. Phillip also seems to have a rather mellow personality but will probably be a lot more active when he is comfortable in his new Forever home. It is imperative for Phillip to have an owner willing to deal with his size, especially as he grows to adulthood and be willing to give him the love, good-quality human companionship, structure, playtime, regular daily exercise and training necessary for him to live up to his full potential. When Phillip has matured more, he will benefit from positive basic obedience training to help with leash training, other obedience commands and the bonding process. Phillip should also be provided with an assortment of appropriately-sized chew toys so he has an outlet for puppy chewing. Phillip is crate friendly but will still need to be house trained. For more information on Phillip, please call Sandy at tele # 661-824-4495 (this is a land-line phone).
