My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

If you are looking for a best friend and loving, loyal companion, look no further than Bubba.  He is a laid back and gentle 8-9 year old lab, and his wish for 2020 is to meet his loving new family and be your very best friend. He loves the relaxed kind of life and enjoys the simple things such as laying around snoozing, going for car rides, and taking relaxing walks in the neighborhood. He will get very attached to whoever adopts him, he hopes to have someone who is home a lot so he can have lots of time with his person. When he gets really excited he will pick up whatever is close by with his mouth and carry it around but he will gently let go when you try to take it from him and he has never chewed anything up! He isn't much into playing but he loves going on walks with you. He also loves going for a swim in the pond.  He is very obedient and aims to please, if you tell him “no”, he will stop whatever he’s doing. 

He gets along great with other dogs and prefers other calm dogs like himself, he doesn’t care to play, but gets along just fine with them.  His main focus will be YOU.  He has the cutest little smile when he gets super excited. Bubba does require Apoquel once a day for itchy skin.  

Bubba is neutered, current on vaccines, was treated for heartworms, is microchipped, is current on preventatives and dewormed.  If you’d like to chat more about Bubba please email MeghanEClayton@gmail.com.  He is being fostered in North Alabama.
