Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Mabel is a Rat Terrier mix (unsure of what she's mixed with) and she'll be turning 3 on February 25! Hopefully you can tell from her photos and videos that she is very sweet and adorable. When outside, Mabel loves to run, hop and roll in the grass. When inside, she likes to curl up near you and sleep, and readily accepts belly rubs too. Sometimes she snores loudly and barks softly in her sleep.
On a more serious note, Mabel has anxiety. Sudden movements, loud noises, large dogs, and humans she's not used to all scare her. It is my belief that she never had a home prior to me rescuing her. Therefore, if you are seriously interested in Mabel you'll need to be patient with her. She will run from you and bark, but again it's literally because she's scared and anxious, not aggressive.
With patience and kindness, she WILL warm up to you as she has with others. She's good with small dogs, too.
Consistent week-long and/or weekend would be beneficial prior to adoption!
