My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Spencer is as sweet as sugar. His owner was evicted and left him behind like garbage. He was without food/water for 10 days but he doesn't hold a grudge. He has the best termperament and doesn't have the typical Beagle 'howl'. He is very calm, playful, silly and deserves his forever home. He's between 4-5 years old and 32 pounds.
