My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

When we got Lucy 7 years ago as a kitten she was diagnosed with Feline Herpes. As an older cat she is always symptomatic and has discharge from her left eye. We have tried a variety of Lysine supplements/treats and none have worked to resolve her discharge issue. She may or may not be shedding the virus year round. We think it is important to tell every prospective adopter this. She has never had a flare up as significant as when she was a kitten.

Lucy is not the best with young kids (under 10-12). She can be aggressive if you try to handle her when she does not want to be held, but will give warnings to tell you how she feels.

Lucy also has a sensitive stomach and does not take well to most foods. She has been eating Darwin's raw chicken diet and Blue Buffalo Wilderness Indoor Adult cat dry food. We went through ~15 different types of food when she was a kitten that caused diarrhea and intestinal issues for her, but she has been doing well for years with the 2 foods mentioned above.
