My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:


We got Harmony last August from my daughter in L.A. Her papers say she is a Shepherd Mix, but she looks and acts more like a large Border Collie. She is 18 months old and weighs 63 pounds. She is current on all her shots. She is very sweet and loves to play ball and run with other dogs. If you have a dog that needs a playmate to run with, then Harmony would fit right in. She loves to be touched and played with.

About a week ago, my wife was taking her to the dog park and had just stepped out the front door, when a small dog ran across our yard. Harmony lunged forward and pulled my with down the stairs to the concrete and broke my wife's arm. She had to have surgery to repair the bones. My wife is 70 and while we hate to give up Harmony, we must do what is best for us.
We want to find her a good home.

The only problem we have had with her is that she is very protective of us. She does not warm up well to others that come in our home....which is actually a positive thing!
