Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lulú's background story is a very sad one with what we know will be a happy ending once she finds her furever family. Lulú was rescued by us, ResQMe, from an abandoned backyard where she was left on a heavy chain without food or water; she was also covered in ticks and fleas. Since rescued, she was come a long way. She is starting to gain some weight (currently at 24lbs), she is house-broken, walks great on a leash, always by her human's side, she is very quite and she will slowly come out of her shell. She is a beautiful girl all around.
