Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We’ve had Remy for 6 months since she was 8 weeks old. She is a wonderful dog - extremely smart, well-trained, great with kids and very playful. Her energy level is typical for a border collie, meaning she needs exercise, and more importantly, adequate mental stimulation. Give her a job and she’ll be happy. She doesn’t have an unrelenting herding instinct like some border collies, but it’s definitely there - she will try to herd our kids when they’re riding bikes! She’s a great companion if you’re active and able to give her a lot of attention. However, if you’re looking for a dog to just lie at your feet or take leisurely walks with, she’s probably not the right dog for you.
Admittedly, we were too eager to add a dog to our family. We didn’t fully consider the lifestyle changes we would need to make for Remy, and we regret that we need to re-home her. But we are confident that she will make a fantastic pet for the right person or family.
