Kaya needs a new home because she is not adjusting well to our toddler. She is very stressed living with him and needs a quieter home.

Kaya just turned 7 and is still playful, but does not need much exercise. She is trained, knows all the basics, and walks well on-leash. She is fine to be left alone free in the house but is crate-trained and likes to sleep in her crate at night.

The ideal home for her is a quiet one with adults only. She loves to learn and is food-motivated. She loves walks, beyond that she just wants to hang out at home with her people. She is cautious with new people as most shepherds are, but once she knows you she loves you. She will alert you if someone is at the door but ignores most noises of daily living.

She is UTD on all vet care and healthy. No hip, knee, or back problems. She takes one daily pill that is about $5 a month.

No children under 16. No cats. Other dogs in the home may be OK, but she would do best as an only dog.
