Here's what the humans have to say about me:
2 years ago,I found Ralphie at the LCAS I noticed that unlike the other dogs he wasn't barking. I asked to meet him and he was all over me, loving and petting and by far the best dog I met. I adopted him on the spot and renamed him Koda. I taught him tricks, and found out that when it comes to food, he can be very obedient and patient. One time I had him wait to eat until I said "GO", I accidentally fell asleep and when I woke up three hours later, he was still waiting for my command to eat. For the most part, he has been a good dog. The biggest problem I had was his stubbornness. On multiple occasions when he thinks he is in trouble he goes on the defensiveness. This last bite was the final straw when I went to the ER b/c he took off my fingernail. But I believe if he could see a behaviorist or a trainer he could be redirected, I unfortunately do not have the means to help him. I hope to find someone who has another dog and lots of land so he can get his energy out!
