Hi my name is Nala. I am a really adorable 18 lb, 5 year old girl. I am spunky, I love toys and I LOVE food. I could really use a home where I could bond and trust my owner. I am kind of funny in that I am submissive and WANT to trust; I cuddle with my foster family, I am affectionate but then I get scared especially at first. Because of this, I do need a dog owner who can help me work through these things in the transition period in my new home and who is confident with my sometimes moody self! I am great being left alone for a little bit of time - I am trustworthy, housebroken and really pretty easy in a lot of regards! I am a very loyal companion who needs some consistency and patience at first until we get to know each other. I have lived with a cat and after a few days, was just fine. I also would be great with a laid back dog companion or as an only. As you can see, I'm doing just fine with my canine foster siblings and love to play! I am an alpha female, so another alpha won't work for me. I would love a chance to show you how special and funny I am. I am located with a wonderful foster in southern CT.
