My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Our Remy is an Egyptian Mau with striking yellow eyes and the most beautiful markings on his bunny soft fur…a dazzling mixture of spots and stripes. It doesn’t take long for this gorgeous guy to find a place in your heart within moments of meeting him. He may be tiny in stature, but he more than compensates with his big heart and purrsonality!

Remy is a pretty laid-back guy who loves nothing more than being with his people. This sweet boy will come running across the room to ensure he is in position to jump into your lap as soon as you sit down. Once curled up in your lap, he revels in your petting and adoration. To say Remy is a lovebug is an understatement!

After snuggling time comes to an end, Remy is happy to engage in some playtime, especially if a wand toy is involved! Remy’s good-nature extends to his feline companions. Remy is great with other cats…he seems to get along with everyone he encounters! He’ll follow the bigger cats around and join in the playtime antics with no fear. His favorite feline friend is fellow RESCUE kitty Nellie. Nellie loves Remy to the point where she’ll just plop down right on top of him and shove her paw in Remy’s face. Remy takes it like a champ, happy that he is hanging out with his friend no matter what the circumstance!

Remy’s sweet and loving nature as well as his love for everyone he encounters will make him a wonderful addition to just about any home. He’s a very special guy that we’ve fallen in love with…we have no doubt that you will as well! To learn more - www.azrescue.org
