About 9 years we picked up Chloe from a family who bred their cocker spaniel (female) and their dachshund miniature pinscher (male). She is the sweetest girl and has been for years. She enjoys going on short walks, sunbathing, and burrowing. She knows how to use a dog door. She does get anxious with rain and thunder. When guests arrive they must say hi to both of them! She’s had many adventures with her and her sister Abigail (Abby). We have since had 2 children who are young. They were introduced and I think they knew they were coming while I was pregnant. Once the first child was born Chloe definitely had some feelings. She showed jealousy by using the bathroom where our daughter played or slept. This caused a lot of trouble with our relationship. She is still herself but has since become aggressive towards our older child (2). We love her but don’t want to risk anything happening to our children. She is bonded with Abby and we’d prefer they stay together as they’d be much happier.
