My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ana is a 1 year old Great Pyrenees (55 lbs) and she is such a sweetheart! She loves her people and especially loves other dogs! She would do best in a home with at least one other canine companion who enjoys playing with her. She has been around children, men, women, and small and large dogs with no issues. She has not interacted with cats, although I would not foresee any issues.

She has minimal experience being on a leash but she is totally comfortable with a retractable leash and can be on a regular leash if necessary. Ideally she would go to a home with a fenced yard (she has impressive escape skills so a high, secure fence is necessary). She rides in the car regularly and other than taking up as much space as possible, she is totally fine.

She’s fully potty trained and loves couches, our bed, and her own bed. If there’s a comfy spot, she’ll find it so she can cuddle up with us and get some attention. She’s very much still a puppy and does like to chew on everything she can find, whether it be shoes, cords, or cardboard boxes. “Plushies” and ropes are her favorite toys but she also likes chew toys once in a while. Her favorite treats are meat based.
She is currently on Fromm large breed food and free feeds but she’s not picky about her food and I think she could easily adjust to scheduled feeding times.

She needs basic training but she’s smart and has adapted really well to living in a home! She’s also great with grooming and will lay nicely to be brushed. She’s a great pup! We absolutely adore her and I am happy to answer any questions!

Ana is up to date on shots, spayed, microchipped and heart worm negative.

An adoption application, site visit, secure visible fencing, and an adoption fee are required to adopt Ana.
