Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Buster mother is a purebred Dingo. His father is a Golden Retriever. His tail is naturally short. About 8 inches. Got him as a pup and he has been an inside dog ever since. Moved back with parents and dad has dog allergies.
Buster is quick to alert to strangers and unknown sounds but he is really a big baby. Has never bitten anything except rabbits. Has play dates with other dogs once or twice a week.
We have a large fenced in yard and he will escort us to the drive gate and be there when we get home. The powered gate closes after 2 minutes and he does not go out unless you tell him to. If you are walking he will bark asking if he can go. When he is taken out, he goes on a short leash.
Buster still has puppy in him. Loves to fetch. We use 2 lacrosse balls. Tennis balls only last a few hours.
Will sit, stay and go to bed but if he thinks he Is going to be punished or doctored, come here is more like go to bed.
Buster is in the house a lot unless someone is outside.
