This BEAUTIFUL litter of 8 pups, Agnes, Chandler, Buttercup, Dude, Tova, Prudence, Melba and Saffron, was RESCUED by Howlin4Spirit after having been dumped at our local shelter/AnimalControl's gate, in the foothills of Western NC. They were found on Sunday morning, in a crate after enduring a cold(30something) night, all huddled together .
dob: ~December 19, 2019..while there's no doubt that there's got to be more than 1 daddy in this litter, H4S's 'go-to' grp of vets, behaviorist and advocates feel that Aussie/Feists/Pittie/HoundX should cover most of their breedXs pretty well. NOTHING is known about their first few weeks, before they came into Howlin4Spirit's care.
However, they seem to be very people-oriented and loving...they can't get enough snuggles. They get along well with one another and play nice...no real rough-housing. Just happy to be included and enjoy climb on the garden furniture in their kennel(King of the Hill). VERY willing to please, with happy personalities. Would make excellent companions for active people who enjoy daily runs, hikes, jogging, etc and/or has a fenced-in backyard and/or another fur-pet to play with and snuggle up to.
They will be great companions for older, respectful children(probably not a good match with small toddlers) and again, a secured fenced-in backyard.
They will be medium-sized as adults(~30>45lb) and completely vetted(speutered, micro-chipped plus 3 puppy boosters(3rd required at 4mos), Lepto, Bordatella and Rabies vax) and ready for their fur-ever homes on SAT/March 21st(both males can go on SAT/March 14th).
These pups are in and will remain in foster care in RutherfordtonNC until their fur-ever homes are pre-approved.
Transport is available to all states along the eastern seaboard to ManchesterNH, BurlingtonVT, and RochesterNY.
Transport fees: $125 from western NC as far as Vince Lombardi svc plaza/NJTnpk, mm118 & $140 to JerichoNY(Long Island) and points N & W of Vince Lombardi svc plaza.
Adoption fee: $275(includes speuter, micro-chip, all medical records and vet's surgical notes, Rabies & health certificates, 'Super Puppy'-training booklet, Martingale collar and matching 6' nylon leash, beef knee cap bone, Nylabone or KONG chew toy, 'RESCUED DOGS ROCK' magnet, 2 pet alert wallet cards and Tball).
