Adorable OSCAR was born under ResQMe's care on Jan 8, 2020. Oscar's mom was surrendered to ResQMe after we convinced the owner to let her go. At that time, we didn't know mom was pregnant. Oscar's mom was kept outdoor, no shelter whatsoever, rain or shine, in a cage. Her then owner, was waiting for her to get pregnant so he could SALE her puppies to go to Disney World ?. Now babies were born and are ready to live the happy life they deserve.
