My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Pops! He is a 10+ year old lab. He is the sweetest dog on earth! He was found tied to the gate by the Jerome Animal Shelter. His family had apparently had enough and left him there for the caretaker to find. He walked right beside them, into the shelter, curled up on the bed in his kennel, and wept for the family that dumped him. He was brought into foster care and it was one of the best decisions we have made yet. He loves kids, other dogs, and even cats. He is housetrained, and knows basic commands. He is an absolute love sponge and will always bring a smile to our faces. He may be a senior citizen, but he still has a few good years in him, and would love to find a new family that will love him like he deserves. If you are looking for a dog that has already been through all the naughty stages and turned out to be a very good, loving companion, then Pops is your guy!
