Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Kiko is a very affectionate dog, she loves to run in the desert and play. Unfortunately she plays a bit rough and gets too excited for my pregnant wife and small children to handle. She is totally different and behaved when it is just me, she is loyal and listens well and walks great on a leash. Kiko needs a loving home with adults who have a lot of time and preferably a lot of running room. She is a great dog but she needs more than my family can offer (as I work out of town 5 days a week). This is heartbreaking to me but I know it is the right thing to do for her. I also have a larger Akita mix male that I am rehoming as well, I would prefer they stay together, his name is Lucian he is much more mild mannered but he does chew things up, chase cats and doesn’t realize how large he is and bumps into the children, he loves to chase small vermin like prairie dogs and has a great nose for finding bones and antlers in the desert. I love them very much and do not want to separated them.
