Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ziek 11 3/4 yrs old golden retriever.
I first rescued Ziek from a animal shelter when he was a little over years old, and have had him for over 7 years. Sadly though, as I am likely taking orders overseas in the near term and I have to find him a new home as soon as possible. Ziek is a great dog, but he is a rescue and can be very skittish at times. Overall though, he loves people, and is great with kids, and animals. We have had sitters watch him before on numerous occasions, and they have all loved him as he is a sweetie. He does have some quirks though, such as he loves sleeping in bathtubs or other such confined spaces. Very rarely when he is very scared and doesn't want to be moved, he has nipped at me and my wife, but immediately felt bad afterwards. This hasn't happened in years, as we understand his symptoms, we can easily calm him down and then move him. We do have his medical records, which we will give to his new owner.
