INITIAL BIO 08/18/09: MEET TESSI! She is an adorable 5 y/o 7.2# yorkie who has had a very neglectful past, which has left little Tessi very fearful and timid and non-trusting of humans. Her former owner(s) must have failed to socialize her and treat her like the little princess she deserves to be. PLEASE NOTE! Because of her size, Tessi cannot be adopted into a home with children under the age of 12 y/o. Watch for updates on little Tessi as we get to know her better.
