My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Are you interested in adopting a Husky, but not interested in dealing with all the stereotypical Husky problems you always hear about... then look no further than sweet Miss Honey :) Honey was owner surrendered to the shelter last year, when her time was up a rescue stepped in to give her a chance to find her FUREVER home!

Honey is a darling 3 year old Husky / Jindo mix, and is available for foster or adoption. Honey is extremely quiet and never barks (or howls :P), she walks perfectly on leash and doesn't pull you like a sled, she isn't a jumper so you don't have to worry about getting 10 foot walls in your backyard, doesn't dig or chew on your furniture, won't pace around your floors and prefers to spend her downtime lounging on her doggy bed, isn't 'mouthy' and tries to use your hands like a chew toy, and is very mellow and won't use your living room like a race track ;)

Honey is great with people of all ages, she enjoys time with kids as well as grown ups and grandparents. She is PAW-SOME with all types of dogs and currently is staying with 2 small dogs as well a 4-legged friend her own size. It is recommended to live in a home without cats, however she has never shown any severe signs of prey drive when she encounters little creatures on her daily walks.

So if you're ready to fill your sweet tooth, try a big handful of sweet Honey. She may be sugar free, but she's still so sweet you may need to check for cavities after spending time with her :P
