Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Bailey is a one year old (3/18/19) Beagle/Hound mix that was adopted from Adopt-a-Pet. He was represented as being under 20 lbs and a beagle mix. Unfortunately he seems to be more hound than beagle and is about 35-40 lbs. I have two other dogs in the house that are both small and older (14 yr Westie and 8 yr Yorkie) that do not like Bailey due to his size and excess energy. I am constantly breaking up skirmishes because Bailey just wants to play like any other puppy. He needs much more exercise than I can give him and his lack of exercise has led to destructive digging and chewing. I have a 5 year old grandson who loves rough housing with Bailey and running through the house but then Bailey gets riled up and puppy bites which causes they playing to stop. He needs someone to take him on long walks or runs or a place to run off his excess energy. He is a loving dog but I have never had a larger dog with these exercise needs and just can't give him the attention he deserves.
