My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bella is a 6-year old deaf Boston terrier that weighs 12 lbs. She was abused for many years by people who kicked her repeatedly in the head to the extent she suffered brain trauma.

She is distrustful of people and other dogs until she gets to know them. Once she feels comfortable, Bella is a total love bug! She will ask you to throw a ball for her as she loves to play fetch, she will snuggle and give you kisses at bedtime.

Bella loves to walk, hike and stay active as she is very fit. She needs a person that can love her unconditionally and be patient with her because of the past abuse. Bella would be happy being the only dog in the household as she definitely wants all the attention!
