Melita is a beautiful black mare born in 2005. She has unique and interesting bloodlines - she is an Andalusian/Morgan cross. She was in the same loving home for a long time and since coming to the sanctuary we have wanted to let her settle in slowly and haven't done a lot with her besides plenty of massage, love, and cookies. The jury is still out on whether or not she'll be a rideable horse but there is no doubt that she would beautify any pasture. If you would like to meet Melita, please let us know!
