Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lola showed up in the woods unmicrochipped, ungroomed and untrained. We looked for her owner and could not find them. We took ownership of her after 7 days and got her vaccinated and licensed with the town otherwi animal control was going to take her. The vet says she is approximately a little over a year old and is healthy. Her nails were so long one of them snagged and ripped off completely. The vet treated the area and it has been slowly growing back but otherwise she's a healthy girl. Because she had no training we've worked with her on everything, playing gently with people, not dominating the other dogs, not taking toys from other dogs, walking on a leash nicely (still needs a lot of work) going to the bathroom in the house ocassionally and separation anxiety when you leave. She needs a lot more training but she is so much fun and a big snuggle bug. We were working on these things with her until the kids needed to be schooled from home and I am struggling to find a good balance.
