Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Rita came to me through the Xoloizquintli Rare Breeds group. I was told she was trained as a therapy dog, and she died now some commands, but needs further practice. She is crate trained, and feels safe in one. She would love to sit with you or take a nap with you all day. If you are outside, she wants to be there, too. She’s sweet on her own, but has taken to chasing our cats which is causing them untoward anxiety. She is definitely athletic. She loves to take walks, run with my cross country runner son, and wants to make you happy. She is four to five years old and is the non-dominate of the breed. She has a coat and all her teeth. She is a beautiful dog and will make someone a great friend and protector, as her ancestors did in ancient Mexico.
