Luna is a 3.5 year-old white shepherd mix. She is about 50 pounds, micro-chipped, spayed, and up to date on all her vaccines and heartworm/flea protection. She is house trained and loves to play with other dogs and explore outside. She is good with adults. She has her own dog bed that she sleeps and rests on. She stays open in home alone, free to roam. She has severe barrier frustration so she should not be put in a crate or kennel. Overall, Luna is a super sweet, fun and explorative dog. She would do well in cool climates. She loves the snow (which we discovered when we had the freeze storms in 2021 and 2022.) Luna does well with strangers outside of her home meeting on neutral ground, but she is not fond of guests coming into her home so would do best in a home that doesn't have a lot of guests coming and going.
Included with adoption: Age-appropriate vaccinations, up to date heart-worm preventative, heart-worm test if over 6 months, microchip with registration, and spayed or neutered- if not already, a voucher is provided.

More about this rescue
We are a 501c organization that saves pets from high kill shelters, off the streets and also accept pets as owner surrenders so they do not have to step a foot in the shelters. We believe all animals deserve a good life and we strive to give them one! We give them any medical attention they may need, including spay/neuters, a microchip and vaccinations and find them a forever home.
