Jerry is a beagle/boston terrier about four years old who came to the shelter with Snickers. The two were strays but were staying together. Jerry is 25-30 pounds and is a nice little guy. When a child or older adult comes to walk a shelter dog, Jerry is often chosen for them. He is cooperative and easy to handle. Jerry takes treats gently and waits to be offered. He is a gentleman. Jerry is a brown brindle with some white, and the white hair around his face makes him look older, as if he has grayed. But Jerry isn't old, and folks are often surprised that he's not. If you want a good dog that is through the puppy stage but still has a lot of living to do, you might want to look at Jerry.
