Hodgins is currently being fostered in HOUSTON, TEXAS. He is available for out-of-state adoption as well to the perfect family. His adoption fee is $400 and this includes the cost of transportation**
Hi there, my name is Hodgins! I was born on approx. 09/29/19 and weigh approx. 38 lbs. We can only guess on my breed based on my good looks, but we are thinking I am a cattle dog/pointer/american staffordshire terrier mix. My mom looks like a cattle dog and she is a very sweet girl.
I love to run and play in the backyard, I could do that for hours and I love toys! I am learning all kinds of things at my foster mom’s place. I already know how to sit (for a treat) and shake (kind of). I do well with potty pads and have learned to potty outside using this fancy contraption my foster mom calls a “doggie door”. I am also learning “off” as sometimes I like to jump on my human friends. I also am not a big fan of the leash yet, but I will learn that as I am very smart. My foster has cats and sometimes I chase them, so probably better if whoever adopts me does not have cats. My foster also has a few other dogs and they are cool because they like to play and I get along great with other dogs. I am so thankful to my foster family for caring for me but I really want to find my very own new family or person. Could that be you?
