My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cooper is an adorable, sweet border collie pit bull mix who's about 11 weeks old & needs a patient, loving forever home. We found Cooper on the side of the road in Bessemer & have tried to make it work with our pets but they're all still having some issues. Cooper loves people but is afraid of other dogs so he tends to bark & growl but after a couple of days he warms up to the other dog. For cats, he's still barking at ours occasionally but it seems to be more out of fear or not knowing what the heck that fluffy thing is. He's a lapdog, he loves taking naps on / near his humans & still takes a lot of puppy naps. I would prefer that his new owners keep in contact with me if possible. I care about this little guy a lot & I want him in a great forever home.
