Action Jackson here. As you can tell from my pictures, I am a distinguished gentleman. I may be 7 years old but I'm young at heart. My owners lost their home but they made sure I would be okay. I really
miss my little buddy, he was 1 1/2 years old. I guess that means I'm good with kids. I'm also great with cats and other dogs. Since my current Mom took me home, I've been to the vet and got all my shots and
they are good for 3 years. My ears need to be cleaned often and I take medicine and supplements for stiffness in my elbows. I eat well and I'm
house broken. I scared my foster mom, when I was asleep. When I first open my eyes I'm not really awake and will growl, just give me a minute
for my brain to catch up and I'm happy to see you. Since my legs feel better, I have resumed normal basset activities, like counter cruising,
the basset 500 and playing with a mini doxie. I really believe he is a buppy in disguise. Life is good, the only thing that could make it better would be a home of my own. If you would like more info on me please contact Kelly

Please remember Every animal for adoption through an Hounds Haven is fully vetted for their age and only needs routine preventive care. Dogs older then 6 months of age are heartworm tested! All dogs are kept on heartworm preventative. Every hound is vaccinated (age appropriate), and de-wormed, in addition to being spayed/neutered.



We are asking for interested parties to fill out a pre-adoption questionnaire prior to us lining up an appointment for them to see the hound(s) at the hound(s)' home.
