Looking for someone sweeter than an Oreo Cookie, well look no further you found me. That's me Oreo up there and I am looking for my new forever home!! I was an owner surrender to a shelter in KS and that place was s-c-a-r-y...so rescue came to my rescue and here I am in my new temporary home. I am a 3 year old tri-colored Basset girl and Mom and Dad can't say anything but sweet things about me. I get along great with all my other hound sisters and brother here.....and best of all this sweet neighbor girl came to walk just ME and I LOVED it...so I would love to go to a forever home with some kids to call my own!! I am house broken and know the doggy door. I am also UTD on all vaccinations, HW tested negative and on preventative and altered. Please remember Every animal for adoption through an Hounds Haven is fully vetted for their age and only needs routine preventive care. Dogs older then 6 months of age are heartworm tested! All dogs are kept on heartworm preventative. Every hound is vaccinated (age appropriate), and de-wormed, in addition to being spayed/neutered.



We are asking for interested parties to fill out a pre-adoption questionnaire prior to us lining up an appointment for them to see the hound(s) at the hound(s)' home.
