My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I rescued Mocha about 2.5 years ago, she was literally on her way to a kill shelter. Due to really unfortunate circumstances, where I moved to will not let me keep her. She is 10 years old and has a bad left rear leg (had a stroke in her back 2 years ago, that is the only lasting effect) that is noticed when she walks but it does not bother her. Mocha runs like she is a puppy! She will wait at a tree waiting for squirrels and birds for an hour LOL. She is the absolute sweetest dog that has never so much as made a little growl at kids or another animal. Mocha would be best suited with someone who is home more than I (I am gone for work 11 hrs a day) and has room to run. She loves snuggles. If you pet her once, you have a friend for life. She was abused early in her life and that does show at times. If your voice is raised towards her, she will cower. There is nothing I can say that is negative about her, she is a gem. I just really hope to find her a good loving home.
