Hi! My name is Elvira and I am a very silly girl who loves to lounge in my foster's bed, but I also LOVE toys and my foster dog siblings. I came off the streets with a large amount of hair loss due to horrible fleas. My caregivers gave me some wonderful meds and I feel like a spring chicken now! My hair has grown back in and I have my spirit back. I would love to move from Texas to Washington where it is cool and I can enjoy my days lounging with my forever peeps. Foster mom says she will cry a lot when I leave because I am very special.
