My story

*** FLORIDA ADOPTIONS ONLY ***

Don’t you just love frosty face seniors? Well if you do, you may want to check out our girl... whoops I meant lady.
Lady is a older gal who came to us from Miami-Dade Animal Services (MDAS) on October 1st, 2019. She didn’t stand much of a chance there due to her age, the marks if an embedded collar, and the fact that she was heartworm positive. It’s been a long 7 months of keeping this strong energetic lady as calm as possible during her heartworm treatment. She will be taking a visit to the vet hopefully soon and paws crossed that her heartworm test comes out negative. If all goes well, she’ll be needing a home of her own! It may seem easy but this approx. 10 year old girl needs a strong handler, an outlet for her energy, and to be the only pet in the household as she doesn’t do well with others. Hopefully, we can find the right family for her unless that may be you?
If you or anyone has any questions, feel free to ask or if you’re interested in adopting Lady, you can fill out our adoption application in the link below!
