Arielle is a total love and ready to share that love with her furever family. She is a 3 year old likely Jack Russel and Dachshund mix that was found as a stray in Greensboro, North Carolina. Arielle is described as well behaved, affe ctionate, gentle, and sweet. She wants nothing more to be as close to you as possible, leaning in and often burrowing in an elbow, neck or wherever she can get to. She has some energetic tendencies and her favorite is chasing her ball to the point she might wear you out rather than herself. When settled, Arielle can easily chill out whether by your side getting belly rubs or relaxing in her crate. Arielle actually loves her crate, the door is always open and she chooses to take a nap in there most days. For a little dog she isn't a big barker though does when started or trying to alert her people. With proper and slow introductions, Arielle would likely get along with other dogs. Sometimes she will bark at unknown dogs until comfortable but will usually keep to herself. Arielle is looking for a home with no cats as she ins't sure of their strange ways. There have been no potty messes in the house as Arielle knows potty time is only for outside. She enjoys going out on walks and does well on a harness and leash. Arielle has been around kids a few times and she has been nothing but gentle and affectionate with plenty of kisses to pass out.
