As a puppy, Casper wants to play all day, every day and loves interacting with children and adults alike. His natural temperament is loving and a snuggler. Outgoing and friendly, Casper has a strong desire to please people. He does like to chew so be sure to keep him occupied and give them plenty of exercise. He is deaf, so the best home would be with another dog so that dog could teach him what to do. He will need specialized training with sign language. Currently he weighs about 35 pounds. He has had a rough start but would love to find a forever home to love him.
