Gretta is a Chihuahua mix, approximately 6 yrs old. I adopted her from a rescue when she was 2. She had been homeless and was found on the street. Not sure how this little girl survived, but she is a fighter. The best description of Gretta is that she is like a little baby. Her favorite thing is to lay by you and snuggle under a blankie. She will even let you wrap her in a blanket and hold her like a baby. You know she feels comfortable and safe when she falls asleep on her back and stretches all 4 legs in the air. This little girl has been traumatized from her days on the street. She has anxiety and doesn't like loud noises or weather conditions that are also noisy. I have a Thundershirt for her which helps and also give her medication when needed. She needs someone that will be patient and give her lots of love. A yard with a fence is best for Gretta. She is used to being in a home where someone is home most of the time. A calm setting will suit Gretta best.
