Oak is now 4 years old and we've had him since he was 8 weeks old. He has such a sweet temperament and he loves cuddles. He, of course, doesn't realize his size and he will try to get in your lap just to be close to you. Our older boys are leaving home this summer and my husband has a debilitating back injury that has him incapable of caring for Oak as they used to do. My husband and the boys are the main caregivers of Oak and my young daughter and I just cannot handle what he needs anymore. Oak is still very active and he loves being loved on. We've agonized with this decision for quite some time but we want what's best for him. If you meet him, you will fall in love with him immediately. We want him to go somewhere to be loved and spoiled. He doesn't like thunderstorms but we've figured out how to help him with that. :)
