My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

DAKOTA is a 1 year old boy who was dumped on a country road and taken in by an SSRR family. Unfortunately, he had a severe leg fracture. He underwent surgery to repair the leg, but the surgery was not successful and the bones have not mended. He will require plate fixation to the leg to return him to his normal bouncy self. Dakota was adopted by a loving family before it was known that another surgery was in his future. To defray the enormous costs of this surgery, SSRR is asking for donations. Dakota faces many months of recuperation, but we know in his new home he will be loved and cared for, and will never be hungry or want for anything again.
